About
Change has always been part of my story. I’ve lived in different countries, shifted careers, and guided global projects that demanded courage and adaptability. From orchestrating cross-functional delivery at Indeed, to helping launch global features at Snap Inc., to partnering with founders on startup pivots, I’ve seen how messy and challenging change can feel, and how powerful it becomes when approached with clarity.Professionally, I’ve spent more than eight years leading projects, programs, and teams across industries. I’ve scaled distributed teams of up to 34 across 8 time zones, delivered complex portfolios, and worked closely with executives and founders to align strategy with delivery.At the same time, I trained as a coach and now I hold an ICF-accredited Level 2 Coaching Diploma and work in alignment with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and methodology. This means you get a safe, professional, and results-focused coaching experience that honors both your goals and your humanity.Today, my work bridges these two worlds: the structure of project delivery and the depth of coaching. I create spaces where people and teams can reflect, find clarity, and move forward with grounded confidence.I’ve worked with clients from over ten countries, and no matter the context — life changes, leadership growth, or team alignment — the heart of my work is the same:
